PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
We offer the option for both PRIVATE and small SMALL GROUP training on most weekdays. Our team can create fully customizable programs around your players/groups needs and schedule! 

To facilitate this we have  access to ice on most weekdays during the following times at the Kanata Sensplex:

- 7:00 to 8:00am
- 8:00 to 9:00am
- 3/3:15 to 4/4:15pm
- 4/4:15pm to 5/5:15pm
** In addition we have the ability to travel to any rinks within the city to provide instruction should you have your own ice times 

PRIVATE SESSIONS
With private sessions we look to build our lessons around your desired focus areas to place an emphasis on specific areas of your players game while looking to define and refine player deficiencies

SMALL GROUP 
Within this format we ask that a group contact organizes their group of players for the sessions in which we can create custom programming around the groups needs- the typical group size we will recommend is 4-6 players but can accommodate larger or smaller groups when desired
